Using WhatsApp Flows in eGrow

Send interactive, form-like screens inside WhatsApp to collect structured answers. How to create a flow, build its screens, and test it in the playground.

WhatsApp Flows are interactive, form-like experiences you send inside a WhatsApp chat — a set of tappable screens that collect structured answers from the customer (for example: confirm an address, choose a variant, book a slot, or run a short survey). Instead of a long back-and-forth conversation, the customer fills in a clean mini-form right in WhatsApp. Manage them at https://v2.egrow.com/inbox/flows.

Creating a flow

  1. Click Create flow and give it a name, and optionally assign categories.
  2. Build its screens — each screen has a title and the fields the customer sees. Add as many screens as your flow needs with Add screen.
  3. Arrange the screens in the order the customer should move through them.

Test before you send

Use the Playground (https://v2.egrow.com/inbox/flows/playground) to preview and try your flow exactly as a customer would experience it, screen by screen, before you use it live.

Where flows fit

Flows are part of your Inbox toolkit, alongside templates and quick replies. Reach for a flow whenever you need structured input from the customer — anything cleaner as a form than as free-text chat.

Note: Flows use WhatsApp's official interactive-message feature, so they require a connected WhatsApp Business number. See Connect your WhatsApp account if you haven't set one up.
