The Relaunch Center

Turn returned or failed orders back into sales by resending them to a new customer, instead of writing off the stock.

A returned parcel isn't necessarily a lost sale — the goods are back in your hands and ready to sell again. The Relaunch Center lets you resend a returned or failed order to a new customer, recovering the revenue and the effort you already spent. Open it at https://v2.egrow.com/centers/relaunch.

Why relaunch?

In COD, a meaningful share of orders come back — a customer who didn't answer, refused delivery, or wasn't home. Cancelling those orders throws away three things at once: the product (which is fine), the shipping already paid, and the demand you know exists for that item. Relaunching keeps the momentum: the same goods go out again to someone who wants them, usually far faster than sourcing a brand-new order.

How it works

The center gathers orders that came back and are eligible to be sent again. For each one you relaunch it to a new customer, which creates a fresh delivery from the same goods. That new order then travels the normal path through your pipeline — confirmation, processing, shipping, and delivery — just like any other order.

Automate the recovery

Several carriers expose a “relaunch parcel to a new customer” capability, which you can wire into an automation so returned parcels are re-dispatched with less manual work. Combined with the Relaunch Center, it turns your returns pile into a second sales channel.

Where it fits

Orders typically reach Relaunch from Returns — a parcel that physically came back. See how it connects to the rest in The Order Centers, Explained.

Tip: relaunching works best for popular, non-personalized products where you already have other interested buyers. Keep a short waitlist for your best-sellers so a returned parcel can go straight back out the door.
