Not every order ends at delivery. When a customer sends an order back or wants a different item, eGrow gives you dedicated Returns and Exchange centers to handle it cleanly, so returned stock and swaps never get lost. Open them at https://v2.egrow.com/centers/returns and https://v2.egrow.com/centers/exchange.
The Returns center
The Returns center is your worklist of orders that have come back. From here your team processes each return — reviewing why it was returned and moving the order to the right stage in your pipeline — so your order statuses and analytics (like your return rate) stay accurate. Because returns are tracked as part of the order lifecycle, you always know which orders came back and why.
The Exchange center
The Exchange center handles orders where the customer keeps buying but wants something different — a different size, color, or product. Rather than cancelling and starting over, you process the swap here and the order continues on to be re-shipped, keeping the customer and the sale.
How they fit your workflow
Returns and exchanges are the tail end of the same journey your orders already follow: confirm → ship → deliver → (return / exchange). Each is a center — a focused queue of orders in that state — just like Confirmation, Processing, Shipping, and Delivery. Set up your order stages to include return and exchange states, and these centers give your team a clear place to work them.
Tip: watch your return rate by city in Analytics. A region that returns far more than others is usually a confirmation or address-quality problem you can fix upstream.
