A Quick Tour of Your eGrow Dashboard

Get oriented: what your dashboard shows (orders overview, orders by stage, key stats), the "stages not matched" prompt, and how to find your way around eGrow.

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in, and it's your daily home base. It gives you a live picture of your business — how many orders are coming in, where they are in your pipeline, and how your sales are doing — all in one place. Open it at https://v2.egrow.com/dashboard.

What the dashboard shows you

  • Orders overview — how many orders you've received and their total value over the period you choose.
  • Orders by stage / status — a breakdown of where your orders are right now (New, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, Returned…), so you can see at a glance what needs attention.
  • Key performance stats — sales, confirmation and delivery rates, and other numbers that tell you how the business is running.
  • Refresh — the dashboard reflects your live data; use the refresh control to pull the very latest numbers.

The “stages not matched” prompt

If your dashboard shows a message about stages not being matched, it means eGrow needs you to map your order statuses to your pipeline stages so it can group orders correctly. This is a quick, one-time setup — follow the prompt, or see Order stages management. Once done, your dashboard and order lists stay perfectly organized.

Finding your way around

From the main navigation you can reach everything in eGrow:

  • Orders — view, manage, and move orders through your pipeline.
  • Products — your catalog, stock, and inventory.
  • Inbox — customer conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and more.
  • Centers — your operational workspaces: Confirmation, Processing, Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and more.
  • Analytics — deeper reports on orders, products, shipping, agents, and confirmations.
  • Settings — where you configure your account, pipeline, team, channels, and integrations.

Tip: pick a date range at the top of the dashboard to compare today with yesterday, this week, or this month — a fast way to spot trends.
