Before you configure eGrow's features, take a minute to set up your account — your profile, the language you work in, your notifications, and your security. This is the very first thing to do after signing up, and it makes everything that follows smoother.
Everything here lives under Settings. Open it at https://v2.egrow.com/settings/general.
Complete your profile
On Settings → General (https://v2.egrow.com/settings/general), fill in your basic details — your name and business information. This is the identity your team and customers see, so keep it accurate.
Choose your language
eGrow speaks several languages. Set the one you want to work in under Settings → Languages (https://v2.egrow.com/settings/languages). The whole interface updates to your choice, so pick whatever your team is most comfortable with.
Set up notifications
Decide how eGrow keeps you informed — new orders, messages, and important events. Manage these under Settings → Notifications (https://v2.egrow.com/settings/notifications). Turn on what matters to you and mute the rest so you only get the alerts you care about.
Secure your account with 2-step verification
Because your account holds your orders, customers, and revenue, protect it with two-factor authentication (2FA). Turn it on under Settings → Security (https://v2.egrow.com/settings/security). After enabling it, signing in asks for a one-time code from your phone in addition to your password — a simple step that keeps your business safe.
Tip: if several people will use eGrow, enable 2FA on every account, not just yours. You'll add your teammates in a later step.
What's next
Your account is ready. Next, connect your store and tools so your orders and products flow into eGrow automatically — head back to Getting Started with eGrow and continue with Step 2.
