Discounts let you reduce prices to win and reward customers β a code for a campaign, or an automatic deal that applies on its own. Create and manage them at https://v2.egrow.com/discounts.
Step 1 β Choose the discount type
When you create a discount, you first pick how it works:
- Amount off products β take a percentage or fixed amount off specific products or collections.
- Buy X Get Y β reward a purchase with a discount on another item (e.g. buy one, get the second at a reduced price).
Step 2 β Choose the method
- Discount Code β the customer enters a code at checkout to get the discount. You can type your own or use Generate to create a random one. A discount can have several codes, each with its own usage tracking.
- Automatic Discount β no code needed; it applies automatically whenever the conditions are met.
Step 3 β Set the value and what it applies to
- Value type β Percentage (e.g. 15% off) or Fixed Amount (e.g. 20 off).
- Value β the number itself.
- Applies to β All products, or Specific products (and even specific variants) that you search for and select.
Rules and requirements
- Requirement type β set a condition before the discount kicks in (for example a minimum on the order).
- Only apply once per order β stop a single discount from stacking on itself within one order.
- Combines with β control whether this can be used alongside other product discounts.
Status: from scheduled to expired
Every discount has a clear status so you always know what's live:
- Active β running now.
- Scheduled β set to start later.
- Expired β its end date has passed.
- Disabled β turned off by you.
You can also see usage by code to know exactly how often each code was redeemed.
Tip: use a code discount for a specific campaign you promote (so you can measure it by usage), and an automatic discount for always-on offers like a first-order deal.
What's next
Pair discounts with an WhatsApp campaign to promote the code, and add custom fees if you charge for COD or delivery.
