Some orders don't move forward on their own โ the customer didn't answer, payment is still pending, or they're waiting on a reply. Left alone, these quietly become lost revenue. The Follow-up Center collects every stuck order in one place so your team can chase them down systematically. Open it at https://v2.egrow.com/centers/followup.
How the Follow-up Center works
The center serves you stuck orders one at a time, each with the context you need to pick up where things stalled: the customer, their order history, the products, the current status, and any notes from earlier attempts. You work the order, record what happened, and move to the next โ a live count keeps you on pace.
Chasing an order
- Open the order and check why it's stuck โ no answer, awaiting payment, or pending a customer reply.
- Reach the customer: call them with built-in VoIP, or message them straight from the Inbox.
- Record the outcome and add a note so the next attempt (or the next agent) has the history.
- Move the order forward โ confirmed, paid, rescheduled for a later attempt, or cancelled if it's truly dead.
Use Skip to set an order aside for a better time (for example, a customer who asked you to call back this evening).
Do less of it by hand
Not every follow-up needs a phone call. A scheduled automation can send a reminder WhatsApp message to waiting customers automatically, and your AI Agent can handle the simple replies โ so your team spends its time only on the orders that genuinely need a human. You can also let a self-scheduling agent queue its own follow-up for later.
Where it fits
Orders arrive here from anywhere they get stuck โ often the Confirmation or Delivery centers โ and rejoin the normal flow once they're unstuck. See The Order Centers, Explained for the full picture.
