Connecting TikTok Shop to eGrow pulls your TikTok Shop orders and products into eGrow, so you can confirm, ship, and manage them alongside every other channel. Unlike some integrations, TikTok Shop connects with a secure authorization flow โ no API keys to copy by hand.
How to connect
- Open https://v2.egrow.com/integrations and choose TikTok Shop (see How to connect new integrations for the general flow).
- Click Connect. You'll be redirected to TikTok Shop to authorize eGrow.
- Sign in to your TikTok Shop account and approve the access request.
- You're returned to eGrow, now connected. Your TikTok Shop orders and products start flowing in.
Note: you authorize with the TikTok Shop account that owns the shop you want to sync. If you manage several shops, connect each one. You can re-authorize at any time from the integration's connection settings.
