The Shipping Center is where packed orders become real parcels in a carrier's system and get handed off for delivery. It's the step between your warehouse and the road. Open it at https://v2.egrow.com/centers/shipping.
How the Shipping Center works
The center presents your packed orders one at a time so your team can dispatch them methodically. For each order you see the customer, their order history, the sales channel, and the products in the parcel — everything you need to confirm you're shipping the right thing to the right person before you hand it over.
Handing an order to a carrier
Getting an order ready for pickup means creating the shipment with your delivery company. What that takes depends on whether you've connected the carrier:
- With a connected carrier — sending the order creates the shipment in the carrier's system automatically: it generates a tracking number, a shipping label, and (for most carriers) arranges the pickup. See connecting a carrier and the per-carrier “Send a parcel” guides.
- Without an integration — you can still record the handoff manually and enter the tracking number yourself.
Once an order is handed off, it advances to the Delivery Center so you can track it to the customer. Use Skip to defer an order you can't ship yet.
Make it hands-off
Most teams don't ship from here by hand for long. A shipping automation can push an order to its carrier the moment it reaches the shipping stage — creating the parcel, label, and pickup with no clicks. The Shipping Center then becomes a place to watch and handle exceptions rather than to process every order manually.
Where it fits
Orders come from Processing and move on to Delivery. See the whole flow in The Order Centers, Explained.
