If you connected a number to eGrow and now want to free it โ to move it to another provider, or to put it back on the WhatsApp app โ you remove it from Meta Business Manager, not from eGrow.
Steps
- Log in to Meta Business Manager.
- Select the Business Manager that holds the number and open Settings.
- Go to WhatsApp Accounts in the left menu.
- Select the WhatsApp account currently linked with eGrow.
- Click WhatsApp Manager โ a new tab opens with your number details.
- Click Delete to the right of the number, and confirm with Next.
Good to know: Once removed, the number can be registered again anywhere โ including on the WhatsApp app โ after a short delay. Templates approved under that WABA are not carried over.
