When enabling a number you have linked to eGrow, "(#100) invalid parameter" usually has nothing to do with the parameters you entered โ your WhatsApp account is under review at Meta, and no new number can be linked while that is running.
Check the account status
- Go to Meta Business Manager โ Business Settings โ WhatsApp Accounts.
- Look for the status Review in Progress on the account.
What to do
- Wait for the review. Meta is verifying your business details and compliance; it takes from a few hours to several business days.
- Retry once it says Approved โ go back to eGrow, enable the number again and enter your 6-digit PIN.
- The integration then completes normally.
Good to know: The review cannot be bypassed, and retrying during it will keep returning the same error. If the review has clearly finished and the error persists, contact eGrow support.
