Understanding Your Analytics & Reports

A tour of every eGrow report β€” Orders, Confirmations (Speed/Quality/Queue Health), Agent Performance, Shipping, Products, Inbox, Teams, Presence, and UTM β€” and the real metrics each one shows.

eGrow's Analytics turn your day-to-day activity into clear numbers β€” so you can see what's working, spot problems early, and coach your team with facts instead of guesses. Open it at https://v2.egrow.com/analytics.

Analytics is organized into several reports (view modes) that you switch between. Every report respects the date range you pick at the top, so you can compare today, this week, or this month. Here's what each report gives you.

Orders

The health of your order flow. Key metrics include Total Orders, Orders Total Amount, Delivered Orders Ratio (share of resolved orders β€” delivered + returned β€” that were delivered), Returned Orders Ratio, and Confirmation Rate (share of orders that reached confirmation or beyond). Charts break your orders down by Status, Source, Store, and City β€” including delivery vs. return rates per city, so you can spot regions that return too often.

Confirmations

A deep look at your COD confirmation operation, split into three sections:

  • Speed β€” how fast you reach and confirm new orders: Time to First Call, Time to First Conversation, and Time to Confirmation, plus a Speed vs. Conversion view by time bracket (<1h, 1–2h, 2–4h, 4–8h, 8h+). This shows how much faster confirmation lifts your conversion.
  • Quality β€” how confirmed orders perform: Confirmation Rate, Delivery Rate of Confirmed, a per-Agent table (confirmation, delivery, return, upsell, cancellation rates + upsell revenue), and a breakdown of Cancellation Reasons.
  • Queue Health β€” the live state of your unconfirmed pipeline right now.

Agent Performance & Agents

Per-agent productivity and quality: Orders, Confirmed, Calls, Time to First Call, Confirmation time, Avg to close, Delivery Rate, Return Rate, Upsell Rate, Cross-sell Rate, and each agent's Commission and status breakdown. Use it to reward top performers and coach the rest.

Shipping

How your deliveries are performing across carriers and stages β€” delivery and return performance so you can compare carriers and catch shipping problems.

Products

Which products sell, and how they perform β€” so you know what to promote, restock, or drop.

Inbox

Your messaging performance β€” conversation volume and how your team handles customer chats.

Teams

Compare performance across your teams, not just individuals β€” useful when you run separate sales, support, or confirmation teams.

Presence

Who's actually working, and when: Total present time, Active members, Active days, Daily average, and each person's Best day β€” a clear picture of daily attendance and activity.

UTM

Where your orders come from at the campaign level. If you tag your ad links with UTM parameters, this report attributes orders back to the source that drove them, so you can see which campaigns actually pay off.

Tip: start each week in the Confirmations → Speed view. Reaching new orders in under an hour is one of the biggest levers on COD conversion β€” and this report shows you exactly where you stand.

What's next

Numbers point you to action. If confirmation speed is slow, revisit how the Confirmation Center works; if a city returns too much, tighten your shipping or confirmation rules there.
