Step-by-Step: Send a Parcel Manually
1. Log in to Your eGrow Account
Open your browser and go to eGrow
Sign in using your account credentials
2. Navigate to Orders
From the left menu, click Orders
Locate the order you want to ship with Sendit

3. Open the Order Details Page
Click on the order to open its full details page
4. Add a Parcel
Scroll down to the Delivery section
Click the Add Parcel button

5. Select Sendit as the Courier
From the courier list, choose Sendit

Click Next
6. Choose Your Sendit Connection
Select the Sendit connection you previously added
Click Next

7. Confirm Order Details
Review the parcel and delivery information shown in the form

You can edit shipping details if needed (customer name, phone number, address, etc.)
8. Send the Parcel to Sendit
Once all information is verified, click Send
Wait for the request to be processed
✅ Success Confirmation
A success message will appear confirming that the parcel has been successfully sent to Sendit.
You can now:
Track the shipment from your Sendit dashboard

Monitor delivery status inside eGrow

💡 Tip
If the parcel fails to send:
Make sure the Sendit integration is authenticated
Verify that all required shipping fields are filled correctly
Check your Sendit account for API or balance limitations
