After integrating Ameex with eGrow, you can manually send orders to your courier directly from your eGrow dashboard. Follow the guide below to process a parcel with Ameex.
Step-by-Step: Send a Parcel Manually
1. Log in to your eGrow account
Open your browser and go to eGrow
Sign in using your account email and password
2. Navigate to Orders
In the left menu, click Orders

Locate and select the order you want to ship
3. Open the Order Details Page
Click the order to open its full details view
4. Add a Parcel
Scroll down to the section titled Delivery
Click the Add Parcel button

5. Select Ameex as Courier
From the courier list, choose Ameex

Click Next
6. Choose Your Connection
Select the Ameex connection you previously added (API integration)
Click Next

7. Confirm Order Details
Review the parcel info displayed on the form
You can edit shipping fields if needed (e.g., customer details, delivery preferences, fragile/try-on options)
8. Send Parcel to Ameex
Once verified, click Send

Wait for processing to complete
Success Confirmation
A success message will appear indicating that the parcel has been successfully sent to Ameex.
You can now:
Track the parcel from your Ameex dashboard

Monitor delivery status inside eGrow when supported
