How to Manually Send a Parcel Through Coliix in eGrow

After integrating Coliix with eGrow, you can manually send orders to your courier directly from your eGrow dashboard. Follow the guide below to process a parcel with Coliix.

Step-by-Step: Send a Parcel Manually

1. Log in to your eGrow V2 account

  • Open your browser and go to eGrow

  • Sign in using your account email and password

2. Navigate to Orders

  • In the left menu, click Orders

  • Locate and select the order you want to ship

3. Open the Order Details Page

  • Click the order to open its full details view

4. Add a Parcel

  • Scroll down to the section titled Delivery

  • Click the Add Parcel button

5. Select Coliix as Courier

  • From the courier list, choose Coliix

  • Click Next

6. Choose Your Connection

  • Select the Coliix connection previously added (API integration)

  • Click Next

7. Confirm Order Details

  • Review the parcel info displayed on the form

  • You may edit shipping fields if needed (customer details, etc.)

8. Send Parcel to Coliix

  • Once verified, click Send

  • Wait for processing to complete


Success Confirmation

A success message will appear indicating that the parcel has been successfully sent to Coliix.

You can now:

  • Track the parcel from your Coliix dashboard

  • Monitor delivery status inside eGrow when supported
