How to Manually Send a Parcel Through Mille Colis in eGrow

After integrating Mille Colis with eGrow, you can manually send your orders directly to the courier from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to create and send a parcel.

Step-by-Step: Send a Parcel Manually

1. Log in to Your eGrow Account

  • Open your browser and go to eGrow

  • Sign in using your account credentials


2. Navigate to Orders

  • From the left menu, click Orders

  • Locate the order you want to ship


3. Open the Order Details Page

  • Click on the order to open its full details view


4. Add a Parcel

  • Scroll down to the Delivery section

  • Click the Add Parcel button


5. Select Mille Colis as the Courier

  • From the courier list, choose Mille Colis

  • Click Next


6. Choose Your Mille Colis Connection

  • Select the Mille Colis connection you previously added

  • Click Next


7. Confirm Order Details

  • Review the parcel information displayed in the form

  • Verify customer details (name, phone number, address)

  • Edit any field if necessary

Make sure all required delivery information is complete before proceeding.


8. Send the Parcel to Mille Colis

  • Click Send

  • Wait a few seconds while eGrow processes the request


✅ Success Confirmation

A success message will appear confirming that the parcel has been successfully sent to Mille Colis.

You can now:

  • Track the shipment from your Mille Colis dashboard

  • Monitor delivery updates inside eGrow (if supported)


💡 Tip
If the parcel fails to send:

  • Ensure Mille Colis is properly integrated

  • Verify that all shipping details are filled in correctly

  • Confirm that the selected connection is active
