Step-by-Step: Automatically Send Parcels to Sendit
Step 1: Find the Sendit Automation Template
First, locate the pre-built automation template inside your eGrow dashboard.
Log in to your eGrow account
From the left-hand sidebar, click Automations
From the dropdown menu, select Templates
Look for the template titled “Add Parcel to Sendit Automatically”
Click Preview & Install

This template is already configured to send orders to Sendit automatically, so no technical setup is required.
Step 2: Name and Install Your Automation
After clicking Preview & Install, you’ll see a visual workflow showing how the automation works.
In the bottom-right corner, locate the Slug field
Enter a simple name for the automation
Example:sendit-shipping
Click the Install button

The slug is only an internal identifier and won’t affect how the automation runs.
Step 3: Save and Activate the Automation
Once installed, you’ll be redirected to the automation editor.
Review the workflow to make sure everything looks correct
Confirm that the correct order stage is selected as the trigger
Click Save Changes in the top-right corner

Your automation is now active.
✅ What Happens Next?
From now on:
When an order reaches the configured stage in your pipeline
eGrow will automatically send the parcel details to Sendit
The parcel will be created without any manual action
You can monitor automation runs and parcel statuses directly from your eGrow dashboard.
💡 Tip
Before enabling the automation, make sure:
Your Sendit integration is already connected and authenticated
The correct pipeline stage is used for triggering shipments
Orders contain complete customer information (name, phone, address, city)
