How to Automatically Send a Parcel Through Mille Colis in eGrow

Step-by-Step: Automatically Send Parcels to Mille Colis

Step 1: Find the Mille Colis Automation Template

1. Log in to your eGrow account

2. From the left-hand sidebar, click Automations

3. Select Templates

4. Look for the template titled
   “Add Parcel to Mille Colis Automatically”

5. Click Preview & Install

This template is already pre-configured to send parcel data to Mille Colis.

Step 2: Name and Install the Automation

After clicking Preview & Install, a workflow preview will appear.

1. In the Slug field (bottom-right corner), enter a simple name
   Example:
   millecolis-shipping

2. Click Install

The slug is only used internally to identify your automation.

Step 3: Save and Activate the Automation

Once installed:

1. Review the automation workflow

2. Click Save Changes in the top-right corner

That’s it 🎉 Your automation is now active.

✅ What Happens Next?

From now on:

• When an order reaches the configured pipeline stage

• eGrow automatically sends the parcel details to Mille Colis

• No manual shipping action is required

You can monitor automation activity and parcel status directly from your eGrow dashboard.

💡 Before You Activate

Make sure:

• Mille Colis is already integrated in Integrations

• The correct pipeline stage is selected inside the automation

• Order data (customer name, phone, address) is properly filled
