How to Automatically Send a Parcel Through Ameex in eGrow

Step-by-Step: Automatically Send Parcels to Ameex

Step 1: Find the Ameex Automation Template

First, locate the pre-built automation template inside your eGrow dashboard.

1. Log in to your eGrow account

2. From the left-hand sidebar, click Automations

3. From the dropdown menu, select Templates

4. Look for the template titled “Add Parcel to Ameex Automatically”

5. Click Preview & Install

This template is already configured to send orders to Ameex automatically, so no technical setup is required.

Step 2: Name and Install Your Automation

After clicking Preview & Install, you’ll see a visual workflow showing how the automation works.

1. In the bottom-right corner, locate the Slug field

2. Enter a simple name for the automation

   • Example: ameex-shipping

3. Click the Install button

The slug is only an internal identifier and won’t affect how the automation runs.

Step 3: Save and Activate the Automation

Once installed, you’ll be redirected to the automation editor.

1. Review the workflow to make sure everything looks correct

2. Click Save Changes in the top-right corner

Your automation is now active.

From now on:

• When an order reaches the configured stage in your pipeline

• eGrow will automatically send the parcel details to Ameex

• No manual action is required

You can monitor automation runs and parcel statuses directly from your eGrow dashboard.

Before enabling the automation, make sure:

• Your Ameex integration is already connected and authenticated

• The correct pipeline stage is used for triggering shipments
