Installing the Eagle Expresse Template in eGrow

Boosting your fulfillment speed is the key to a successful e-commerce business. By connecting Eagle Expresse to your eGrow workflow, you can eliminate manual data entry and ensure that your shipping team receives order details the second an order is confirmed.

Step 1: Find the Eagle Expresse Template

First, we need to locate the automation template within the eGrow library.

  1. Log in to your eGrow account.

  2. On the left-hand sidebar menu, click on Automations.

  3. From the options that appear, select Templates.

  4. Browse the list or search for the card titled "Add Parcel To Eagle Expresse Automatically."

  5. Click the Preview & Install button.

Step 2: Name and Install Your Automation

The preview window shows you the "logic" of the automation. To add this to your own account, you need to give it a unique identifier known as a "Slug."

  1. Navigate to the bottom right corner of the preview screen.

  2. In the box labeled Slug, type a simple name for this automation 

  3. Click the teal Install button to move the template into your workspace.

Step 3: Save and Activate

After clicking install, you will be taken to the Automation Editor. The template is already set up with the correct settings for Eagle Expresse, so you just need to finalize it.

  1. Review the visual workflow to see how your orders will be sent to the carrier.

  2. Locate the Save Changes button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Click it to activate the system.

  4. You’re all set! eGrow will now automatically send parcel information to Eagle Expresse based on your order updates.
